英國健康食品合作社 Sun and Seed 小型工場製成的有機原生杏桃仁醬，採用土耳其有機種植的杏桃的「甜」果仁 (種籽)，以低溫長時間石磨而成，富含蛋白質和單一不飽和脂肪酸以及豐富礦物質和維他命B17和E。

無添加任何其他成份、防腐劑、色素等。不含麥麩、大豆或奶製品。

適宜搽麵包或無麥麩麵包、加入沙拉或熟食蔬菜、混入冷熱飲品等，營養豐富兼香滑美味。

This tasty spread from English cooperative Sun and Seed is stone-ground in lower temperature with organic raw "sweet" apricot kernels grown in Turkey.  Contains high levels of protein and monounsaturated fats, and is also a good source of minerals, Vitamin B17 and vitamin E.  Sweet apricort kernels are safe to eat, and are not to be mistaken for " bitter" kernels.

Does not contain any other ingredients than stone-ground organic raw apricot kernels.  No gluten, soy or dairy, no preservative or artificial colouring.

Suggested use: spread on bread or gluten-free bread, add to salads or cooked vegetables, mix in hot or cold drinks for smooth texture and delicious taste.
