Chia Seeds with Bee Pollen and Honey recipe

食材(一人份量):

  • 奇亞籽一湯匙;
  • 蜂花粉一湯匙;
  • 優質蜂蜜一茶匙或隨意

做法:

  • 放一湯匙奇亞籽入杯子;
  • 加一湯匙蜂花粉;
  • 加清水一杯;
  • 用瓷羹拌勻;
  • 靜止15分鐘令奇亞籽充份吸水膨脹;
  • 飲用前,加入適量蜂蜜調味;
  • 一道清甜美味、營養豐富的健康飲品完成。

益處:

  • 奇亞籽富含礦物質、抗氧化物質和奧米加三脂肪酸。
  • 吸收水份膨脹後香軟柔韌有獨特的口感。
  • 蜂花粉是幼蜂的食糧,亦是天然界營養胺基酸最全面的食物之一。

Ingredients (for one person):

  • Chia seeds 1 Tbsp
  • Bee pollen 1 table spoon
  • Premium honey 1 table spoon

Method:

  • Add 1 Tbsp chia seeds into a glass;
  • Add 1 Tbsp bee pollen;
  • Add water to fill the glass;
  • Stir all the contents;
  • Leave for 15 minutes until chia seeds expand after absorbing water;
  • Add honey and stir before serving

Benefits:

  • Chia seeds are rich in minerals, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids.
  • After absorbing water and expanding they become soft and chewy with a unique texture.
  • Bee pollen is the staple of young bees and is one of the most nutritionally complete foods in nature.
