德國有機牛酥油 Organic Ghee from Germany (180g)
酥油是印度歷史悠久的傳統食油,用牛或水牛的牛油提煉:將牛油以中低溫加熱,讓水份完全揮發,再隔走乳固體蛋白質,餘下的就是金黃色的純脂肪。雖然原材料是牛奶,但經揮發過濾後,已大體不再存在牛奶中的乳糖和酪蛋白,所以有牛奶或乳糖不耐受的人士也可以食用,而且酥油的烹飪煙點達攝氏210度,比牛油、椰子油和一般食油都高,不容易氧化產生自由基,所以最適宜用作高溫煮食,亦可搽麵包餅乾或製作甜品等。

Ghee is a clarified butter, an essential ingredient in ayurvedic cooking with a long tradition in India.
Bio Planete Organic Ghee comes from quality organic butter, from which the water, lactose and protein have been removed. Heated for a long time at a low temperature, the components which make up butter separate and are then filtered, leaving behind only pure fat: ghee.
Ghee has the advantage that it doesn’t degrade or blacken during cooking, even at high temperatures. With a high smoke point of 210 degrees Celsius, it is ideal for use in everyday cooking including browning and crisping. It is free from lactose.
