鯨魚牌是法國老字號製鹽商，用傳統方法在地中海法國海域養殖鹽沼製成天然海鹽，十分著重健康的環境生態，確保海鹽保持純淨不受污染。幼海鹽由粗海鹽磨細而成，加入了碘化鈉變成碘鹽，可增加碘質的攝取有助維持甲狀腺功能正常。

La Baleine from France has been producing sea salt from 1934 using a crystallisation process caused by natural forces of the sun, wind and the sea.  Harvested from the sandy bottoms of crystallisation ponds, La Baleine's sea salts are naturally white.  

La Baleine's salt marshes in Aigues-Mortes of the Mediterranean Sea developed over many decades and have flourished with biodiversity, with over 200 rare species of birds and plants and more than 750 flamingos sharing the exceptional site. 

This iodised fine sea salt has added iodine to help address any iodine deficiency which could affect thyroid functions. 

Ingredients: Sea salt, sodium iodide (3.5mg/100g), anti-caking agents (E504, E530, E535).
