This mix was created in honour Pam Brook’s father, who climbed one of the highest mountains in Victoria over 200 times. His last climb was at the age of 82. This home-made blend of delicious chocolate, fruit and nuts combines fine Belgian dark chocolate, oven roasted macadamias from Brookfarm, pistachios and almonds, premium muscatel grapes from the Barossa Valley, plump cranberries and delicious healthy pumpkin and sunflower kernels.
