博士茶是純草本茶，來自南非山脈紅灌木的針形細葉，被視為南非國寶茶，只有該國的土壤與氣候才能培植。它不含咖啡因或丹寧，不經基因改造，由家庭農場以有機、無農藥方法種植。博士茶功效眾多，據說所含抗氧化物質超於綠茶，有助增強免疫力、抗炎、鎮靜神經、紓緩皮膚問題、保護心臟、穩定血糖和消化等。

Rooibos (red bush) tea is the national drink of South Africa, the only place where it grows, thanks to an exceptional combination of land and climate. 

Rooibos tea contains no caffeine or tannin. It has ten times more antioxidants than green tea and has been used as traditional medicine to boost immunity, reduce inflammation, calm nerves and skin problems, protect heart health, promote digestion and stabilise blood sugar.

Directions:  Steep in 90 ° C water for 4 minutes.
